Mego Consult Privacy Addendum

This addendum supplements the main Mego Privacy Policy for one-question astrology consultations.

Data collected and purpose

We collect your name, birth date, birth time or unknown-time choice, birth place, optional gender, one question, category, email, WhatsApp number, payment references, and consent record solely to process, deliver, support, and account for your consultation.

Who receives it

Full intake is limited to the authorized Mego operator and the assigned astrologer. We do not use consultation intake to train AI models and do not send birth details, your question, or contact details to analytics.

Retention

Unpaid drafts are scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 30 days. Sensitive birth and question intake for completed orders is scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 180 days unless a dispute requires temporary retention. Payment, invoice, and tax records may be retained for legally required periods.

Your requests

For access or deletion requests, email support@mego.ai. Required fiscal records may be retained even when sensitive consultation intake is removed.
