Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mego application ("App") or visiting mego.ai ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Mego is an AI-powered astrology application that provides personalized daily horoscopes and natal chart calculations based on user-provided birth data. The Service is provided by GIAS Co. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of Mego, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Account Data

You agree to provide accurate birth data (date, time, and place of birth) for the purpose of generating astrological readings. Providing inaccurate information may affect the quality of your readings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI-generated readings, and software — are owned by GIAS Co. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

Mego uses artificial intelligence to generate astrological readings. These readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They should not be considered professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). We make no guarantees about the accuracy or applicability of AI-generated content.

Subscriptions and Payments

If we offer premium features in the future, payment terms will be communicated clearly before any purchase. All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective terms apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIAS Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GIAS Co. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
