Mego uses a rule-based Vedic astrology engine that computes real planetary positions, transits, aspects, and Dasha periods from your actual birth chart. It's deterministic - same inputs always produce the same output. No randomness, no AI-generated zodiac fluff.

Does my data leave my phone?

Your birth data and chart are computed 100% on-device - they never leave your phone. The only data that touches our servers is your account profile (if you sign in), optional cloud chat backups (opt-in), and anonymous analytics (if you consent). You can delete everything with one tap.

Can I use Mego without an account?

Yes! Mego works without an account. Onboarding takes 2 minutes - birth date, time, place, and focus areas. Sign in with Google is optional and enables cross-device sync and cloud chat backup.

What do I get for free vs Pro?

Free includes daily Protect/Adjust/Act posture, 10-minute plan, 3 Ask Mego chats per day, birth chart (D1 + Moon), mood check-in, Soul Search, and Today's Reset. What if I don't want a subscription?

You can buy a 10-question pack anytime - no subscription required. Questions don't expire and don't reset daily. Use them whenever you need extra asks beyond the free daily limit.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The entire Vedic engine is bundled in the app. Your daily posture, plan, birth chart, Panchang, Soul Search, and hourly prompts all work without internet. Only Ask Mego (AI chat) needs a connection - but even that has an offline fallback that generates a mini-answer from your local chart data.

What languages are supported?

English, Hindi (हिन्दी), Spanish (Español), and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia). All UI strings are fully localized. The language is auto-detected or can be manually set.

Mego is currently available on Android via Google Play. iOS is coming soon - built with Flutter for native performance on both platforms.
